Wade Orthodontics is a proud in-network provider for all Delta Dental plans. This means you automatically receive our pre-negotiated network rates. Choosing an in-network orthodontist is the best way to lower your out-of-pocket costs and maximize your insurance benefits.
Wade Orthodontics accepts almost all other major dental insurance plans with out-of-network orthodontic benefits. If your plan is out-of- network, we are still happy to file your claims and help you maximize your benefits.
Wade Orthodontics does not participate with Medicare or any state-funded insurance plans, including Medicaid-based plans such as CareSource or Molina.
Please provide all insurance information prior to your consultation so we can address any questions about your benefits.
Insurance benefit information is an estimate based on data from your insurance company. Final payment and coverage decisions are made by your carrier according to your individual plan.
Orthodontic coverage varies considerably between plans. We cannot guarantee that your insurance carrier will provide benefits, the amount they will reimburse, or whether a particular service is covered.
Patients are ultimately responsible for any portion of treatment costs that are not paid by their insurance plan.
Unlike medical insurance, orthodontic coverage generally operates under a separate lifetime maximum allowance per enrolled dependent.

Insurance coverage can change during orthodontic treatment. If your dental or orthodontic insurance changes at any point, please send your updated policy information and insurance card to in*******@**************cs.com so our team can update your account and determine whether new benefits may apply.

Yes. Wade Orthodontics is a proud in-network provider for all Delta Dental plans, allowing you to maximize your savings through pre-negotiated contracted rates. While we are out-of-network with other carriers, many private dental insurance plans still offer excellent out-of-network orthodontic benefits.
As a courtesy to our families, our team will handle the paperwork and submit eligible claims directly to your carrier on your behalf.
Please note that final reimbursement and coverage amounts are determined entirely by your specific insurance policy and are not a guarantee.
Orthodontic insurance benefits are often paid over time rather than in one payment at the beginning of treatment. The timing and structure of payments depend on your individual insurance policy and the length of your orthodontic treatment.
Important to Note: Insurance coverage must generally remain active throughout your orthodontic treatment time to receive the full benefit. If coverage changes or ends during treatment, payments from that insurance carrier will also end on the change or cancellation date.

Coverage for orthodontic treatment already in progress varies by insurance policy. Some plans may provide benefits for treatment that began before the new policy became effective, while others may not.
If your insurance changes during treatment, please provide your new insurance information to our team as soon as possible. We can submit the appropriate information to your new carrier and help you understand any benefits they report as available.
Some insurance policies limit orthodontic benefits based on age, while others include adult orthodontic coverage. These restrictions are determined by your individual plan.
