Meet The Team

Team member since 1999

Terry brings decades of orthodontic experience to Wade Orthodontics, helping patients and families feel confident as they begin treatment. As our Treatment Coordinator and Certified Orthodontic Assistant, Terry assists with treatment planning, payment coordination, insurance verification, and communication with referring dental offices to support seamless patient care.

He also helps keep the practice running smoothly by managing the office computer system maintenance. Outside the office, Terry enjoys gardening, landscaping, and camping with his husband whenever they get the chance.

Karen is often one of the first friendly faces patients meet at Wade Orthodontics. She enjoys welcoming new patients and families, answering questions, scheduling appointments, managing collections, and supporting doctor correspondence.

One of Karen's favorite parts of working in orthodontics is seeing patients' smiles transform throughout treatment. She loves being part of a positive, family-centered orthodontic office where patients feel like part of the Wade Orthodontics community.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob, their children, and her grandsons, Huxley and Kasen. She also enjoys gardening, scrapbooking, and being a Nana.

Shary, originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, attended the University of Puerto Rico
and graduated as a Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions. As one of our bilingual Orthodontic Assistants, she loves working with people and meeting families from a variety of backgrounds. She enjoys working with kids and definitely loves working one-to-one with patients. What she loves most, though, is being part of the process of transforming lives by creating new smiles! Shary makes sure patients are comfortable in the chair, prepares them to see the doctor, and explains what will be happening during the appointment. Sitting chairside, she assists Dr. Wade while keeping the patient updated. A perk of the job she never takes for granted is working with her daughter, Stephanie, every day.

Shary has been married to her husband Ivan for over 25 years. She has two beautiful
daughters, Stephanie and Paola, who have blessed her with two wonderful sons-in-law as well as amazing grandbabies! Shary's interests include playing drums, gardening, dancing, swimming, decorating, cycling, and spending time with her dog, Benji, and extended family.

Teresa grew up in Columbus, OH, and attended the Maranatha Christian School. She enjoys getting to know great people and building relationships with them throughout treatment. She believes watching a person gain self-esteem and become more confident never gets old! Of course, those finished smiles are the best! Teresa provides chairside assistance to support our patients while helping Dr. Wade. She also manages our clinical inventory.

Teresa is married to Chamroeun and has two children, Evelina and Maverick. In her
free time, she enjoys playing golf, volleyball, working out, traveling, and walking their dog, Blue.

Jeanne loves when she hears current and former patients refer their friends and neighbors to Wade Orthodontics: It means we’re doing it right! As our Marketing Coordinator, she tells people about the office and the care we offer, but it’s wonderful when patients spread the word! In addition to coordinating our outreach to dental offices, local schools, and our community, Jeanne also assists at the front desk during peak hours. She is glad to be part of helping people achieve smiles they love!

Jeanne’s time away from work is spent finding ways to enjoy the simple pleasures in each day. She and her husband Rob are often found walking their dog, Fred who has earned the title of “Mayor Fred” because he gets whatever he wants whenever he wants it. Jeanne enjoys fitness, gardening, traveling, and spending as much time as possible with their grown children, Ellie and Jack, extended family, and friends.

Stephanie loves to make her patients smile, and as one of our bilingual Orthodontic
Assistants, she spends her time chairside assisting Dr. Wade. In addition, she helps when needed with sterilizing instruments and setting up and breaking down the treatment area. Her favorite part of the day is seeing patients gain confidence and developing relationships with their families over the course of treatment. A bonus is that she gets to work alongside her mom, Shary, every day.

Born in Puerto Rico, Stephanie moved to Columbus, OH with her family in 2002.
Stephanie graduated from Columbus State with an Associate of Arts degree in 2016
and in 2018 earned her Associate degree in Dental Assisting from Miami Jacobs Career College. When not at work, Stephanie spends her time with her daughter, Amelia, her husband, Jordan, and their little cockapoo, Indiana. Some of Stephanie's pastimes include spending time with family, volunteering at her church, and crafting.

Tonya serves as the Financial/Insurance Coordinator at Wade Orthodontics, where she
guides patients and families through the insurance process with clarity, patience, and
care. Utilizing her professional background, she supports families in maximizing their
coverage while also assisting with the practice's internal accounting functions.

A Columbus native who currently resides in Hilliard, Tonya graduated from Cedarville College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. Outside of the office, Tonya enjoys life with her husband, David, their four adult children: Sydney and husband Josh, Rebekah, Caroline, and George, and their dog, Skye. She loves staying active, spending her free time camping, hiking, biking, gardening, and reading.

Michelle plays an important role behind the scenes at Wade Orthodontics by creating custom orthodontic appliances in the practice's in-house lab. Her attention to detail helps support high-quality orthodontic care for patients throughout treatment.

Michelle has experience as both an optometry assistant and dental assistant and has volunteered with Faith Mission Homeless Center Medical Clinics. Born and raised in Springfield, OH, she now lives in Pickerington with her husband, Chris, who is retired from the U.S. Air Force. In her free time, Michelle enjoys camping, sewing, gardening, DIY projects, and traveling.

Sydney assists Dr. Wade chairside and loves helping patients achieve their best smiles. She enjoys getting to work with patients of all ages and helping them feel at ease and informed during their visits. Her support helps create a clean, organized, and comfortable experience for Wade Orthodontics patients.

Born and raised in Hilliard, OH, Sydney graduated from Hilliard Darby High School and was a member of the Columbus Children's Choir for 11 years. She received her dental assisting certificate from Dental Assisting Pro. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys roller
skating, music, painting, hiking, and camping. She loves spending time with her husband, family, friends, and her dog, Moose, and cat, Spike.

As an Orthodontic Assistant, working chairside with Dr. Wade, Edith loves building
connections with patients. She also helps with 3D digital scanning, sterilization, and
supporting the treatment coordinator in the diagnostic and treatment-planning process
at Wade Orthodontics. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Edith loves breaking down
language barriers and building deep, lasting connections with patients.

Born and raised in Columbus, OH, Edith completed the Dental Assisting program at Fort
Hayes Career Center. Her favorite part of the job is watching each patient’s smile
completely transform from start to finish. Outside the office, she stays busy traveling, exploring the outdoors, and making memories with her family and friends.

Kelly welcomes patients to Wade Orthodontics and helps families schedule appointments that fit their busy lives. As a receptionist, she is often one of the first team members patients meet, and she enjoys making each visit feel friendly and organized.

Originally from New Castle, IN, Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Ball State University. She and her husband, her high school sweetheart, have two daughters, Peyton and Piper. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys family vacations, especially to Disney World, volunteering with her daughters' Girl Scout troops, crafting, reading, and spending time with their dog, Loki.

Corinne was born in Cleveland, OH, and moved to London, OH at a young age with her parents and siblings. She graduated from London High School and still enjoys living the small-town life there. Corinne's dental influence started early on with her family days spent at her grandfather's dental practice, where she quickly grew accustomed to the business of teeth. As an Orthodontic Assistant, Corinne assists Dr. Wade chairside as well as helps the team with sterilization and the set-up and break-down of the treatment area. 

When not at work, Corinne spends most of her time caring for and playing with her dog, Samson. She enjoys Formula One car racing, country music, and spending time with friends. When asked what her favorite part of working at Wade Orthodontics is, she quickly replied, “helping others become comfortable and confident with their smile.”

Lissa supports Wade Orthodontics through office correspondence and additional administrative responsibilities. She enjoys being part of a positive, supportive orthodontic team and values the camaraderie of the practice.

Born and raised in Virginia, Lissa graduated from Wittenberg University in 1993 and earned her master's degree in French from The Ohio State University in 1995. Outside the office, she enjoys Pilates, walking her dog, gardening, reading, spending time with family and friends, and attending local live music shows.

As our Records Technician, Hailee takes 3D digital scans and photographic records for patients as well as manages the sterilization process for the practice. She enjoys meeting new people every day and getting to know patients from their first visit to their last.

Hailee graduated from Madison Plains High School and currently resides in Mount Sterling, OH. In her free time, she spends time with family and her fiancé, and loves to bake and share goodies with friends. A favorite activity is attending country music concerts.
